The monitor got stuck in customs and I ended up getting an FDA 2877 form to fill out with information I didn't have the ability to obtain, but fortunately the seller found the information and took care of it. This could have been a real problem with other methods of importing an old monitor.
Also, the monitor arrived undamaged despite how frequently CRTs get destroyed in shipping, so more points to this seller.
My only complaint was the pictures did not show some problems with the image.
