Phone arrived with a chip on the screen. No damage to the box, appears to have been shipped damaged, which was not as advertised. Item was approved for return/refund. After item was delivered to the vendor, they issued no refund. I had to open a case with ebay, who resolved the issue. Would never do business with this vendor again. Buyer beware!
