Graded pokemon card came in broken because it was shipped in a regular envelope with no protection. See pic. I reached out to the seller to remedy the situation and got no return message from them to make it right. Slabs shpuld at a minimum be mailed in bubble tape to avoid this. I will be contacting ebay directly as well to see what they can do to help. Do not buy from thos seller, they do not respect the products they sell.

I'm very sorry to hear that happened. But I assure you I always wrap my cards in bubble wrap, then cardboard on the outside of that, then it goes into a bubble mailer. So I'm a very confused about this review. If you had contacted me, like you said in the review, I would have been more than happy to figure out a return and refund.
