I received the DE350 model instead of the DE300 model. DE350 has worse characteristics than the DE300 model. The seller did not send me the original packaging, receiver for connection to computer,cable and power supply.Therefore,even what I received cannot be used.I wrote a letter to the seller.First he answered me that I could send the goods back, and then he wrote me that I had the goods.And he doesn’t answer me anymore.I paid additional 64 euros. I want all my money back
