The condition was new, but the appearance was different from the photo (black TCL brand instead of blue Alcatel brand in the listing photo), but seller said there's little difference in quality. Seller was extremely responsive to questions and messages, and very helpful. We're still not having much better charging with them than our original Alcatel batteries, so we'll see. Seller gave us advice.

    Best yet for my Lumia 1520

    I bought a replacement charger from my provider at AT&T. It was a Ventev which AT&T said was one of the best chargers on the market for my phone. Cost me $23. When I plugged it in I received a warning on my phone that I was not using the proper manufacturer recommended charger. Took twelve hours to charge my phone. I called AT&T and they claimed it must be a problem with my phone cause no one else was having trouble with this charger. Bought this charger for pennies on the dollar. Plugged it in and I received no warning that I was not using the proper manufacturer recommended charger for my phone. Phone was fully charged in three hours! Very happy with my purchase. Definitely OEM.
