Seller was prompt with feedback & the descriptions were honest and accurate. I do wish that one charger was part of the order - but these use USB-C, so it really wasn't an problem. Some minor issues with some of the devices - but that's to be expected given the listing. Only "complaint" - the box the laptops were shipped in was too big- the empty space got crushed in transit - it looked like a mess...but the bubble-wrap packed machines were fine.
