Beautiful necklace just as described and prompt delivery. Would have appreciated that it would have been better protected and maybe placed in a small box instead of just inside a mailing envelope, as it was a miracle it didnt arrived damaged. Otherwise very pleased with purchase and Seller.

I'm sorry you were concerned. In all my years of selling, the padded envelope along with all of the bubble wrap that the items are wrapped in inside the envelope, I have never had a buyer's item damaged in shipping. I try to take great care in my shipping. I hope you enjoy your beautiful necklace
