I responded to buyer right away and not once was I "rude" or "agitated" - would be glad to share my messages from this buyer. This was a brand new jacket, and I offered him to send it back 3 times - told me to grow up. Also said my hands were dirty. I've been on ebay for 23 years and have never had correspondence like this. I took a look at feedback he has left for others - 24 negatives. I should have looked at this before I sold the merchandise. A new lesson learned.
