It worked great on my GoldWing. Not mentioned is there is no seal. To make trunk water resistant, you have to purchase a seal for it. Key comes taped inside the box not the trunk, so look for that. All mounting hardware is there. You have to drill the holes for the rack. The trunk is painted black. Comes with a foam pad for the bottom of trunk to hide bolts. Backrest mount nice and sturdy. Not bad for what the purchase price was. Would buy again

I wasn't sure if the light could act as a tail light, a brake light, or both. It turns out that it has to be one or the other. There is, however, the choice of solid light, or a flashing pattern. I opted for the flashing pattern to be a brake light.
