Very poor quality turbo!!
Purchased a brand new Stigan turbo. One week after installation, my car had no boost. Found that the waste gate was stuck open. Contacted Company and a new turbo was sent under warranty. 30 minutes after the 2nd installation, the wastegate failed on the 2nd turbo and car has no boost. The build quality around the wastegate is extremely poor. It can't be a coincidence that 2 of the exact same turbos fail with the exact same problem. See the pictures. The Stigan turbo is pictured on the left.The wastegate flapper totally fell off and it's very indicative of the cheap build quality compared to a genuine turbo on the right.Purchased a brand new Stigan turbo.
