    After good faith negotiations, we agreed on a price for a piece of glass artwork and the seller charged my credit card accordingly. The very next day, the seller reversed the transaction due to "item damage" during packing. 2 weeks later the seller listed the same undamaged item on eBay with a price $1,000 more than our negotiated price! Upon inquiry, the seller admitted the item was never damaged but, that they experienced "sellers remorse" and would not honor our original negotiated price
