About this product

Product Information

In Second Sight, players are cast as a mysterious man who, at first, cannot even remember his own name. Awakening from a coma in a strange, utilitarian facility, the hero finds that he does not know who he is or why he is there. Soon, he also finds that he has been gifted with strange, potentially deadly psychic abilities. He needs answers and, guided by players from a third-person perspective, must make use of both stealth tactics and his unusual mental powers to seek them out.<br><br>Eventually, through careful observation and disturbing flashbacks, the player's character realizes that he was once part of a secret military organization, and that he came to this strange facility to recover from a failed mission in central Siberia. Further exploration and investigation reveals much more, as the hero comes to learn of other secret operations, far-reaching government conspiracies, and the soulless program of human experimentation which may have given him his strange psychic powers.

    A Must play

    My buddy brought this game over a few years ago. I was quickly absorbed to the strange story and the strenght of the main character (John Vadict). Well, even 4 years later I still remember this titled and decided I should buy it. Usually I don't like to play games over and over but this one is very well balanced. A good story, great movement (controller) and many levels with diffrent enviroments from stealthy to guns blazin' woooo! not to mention the awsome psychic powers that John has! It's fun to posses the enemy to attack other enemies while you take cover. I don't pay attention to graphics. Good graphics don't make good games. But I guess they were awsome for it's time. If you like these titles you might want to check it out: Assassin's Creed Silent Hill 4: The room Max Payne 2

    second sight

    If you ever played timesplitters you will definatly see the simalarity in graphics, they are very good and have a cool art style. the gameplay is kind of like psy-ops but with a twist. Psy-ops is more a military based 3rd person action game and this game is more like you are a science project gone wrong and you have escaped. the sound in this game is also good and the character is always talking to himself about what is going on. its funny and connects you to him as a real person, it works well. the story drives you forward and the action is a mix of stealth and shooting with some special abilities thrown in that are also unique to this game. Overall this game was really pretty good and overlooked by most people, it is aroound 15 hours long and its worth playing.
