    Description stated bad keyboard + trackpad item arrived and I open the box to find the item very badly damaged the lcd panel is destroyed I let the seller know and they said. The item was untested and I let them know what the description said they ignored me and never responded back. The description was an absolutely lie. Terrible customer service I am never ever buying. From this seller again. I do not recommend this seller. Please avoid buying from this seller the description is lies.

    Exactly as described. MacBook worked perfectly besides the bad keyboard and trackpad, I would buy from this seller again. I would have preferred that the Mac shipped in a box instead of being wrapped in cardboard and then inserted in dual padded shipping envelopes. But it was still quality packaging.
