He incorrectly claimed that I "demanded" the unit immediately be sent when I very kindly asked him to do his best to quickly ship it because my parents' water heater had failed. He cancelled the order on his end (without my approval), advised me to buy it locally, and then later reposted the same item in a different listing at a much higher price.
