    Very Good Quality -- the difference was notable right away for me.

    These seem to be very effective and are at a great price. Switched from another brand at 800mg per tablet and I can tell the difference. Would definitely recommend and am looking at more products from this company. I wish more people would study the need for Folic Acid because it is an essential addition to any vitamin regime with many health benefits. You don't realize how much you need it until you've been taking it for awhile.
