The Beatles followed up their debut film, A HARD DAY'S NIGHT, with this fanciful spy spoof. When Ringo adds a new ring to his collection, he's unaware of how important and dangerous this piece of jewelry is. On one hand, a religious cult considers it a sacred object and the wearer must become a sacrifice to their gods. On the other hand, the ring has magical abilities that hold the key to supreme power. Soon the boys from Liverpool are engaged in a slapstick and madcap chase round the world, as a crazed scientist, a pack of crooks, and several religious fanatics set out to capture the band. Watch for the English Channel swimmer who seems to be perpetually lost and appears in nearly every location. Includes Beatles' hits including "Help!," "Ticket To Ride," "You've Got To Hide Your Love Away," and many more.

Great Movie at a Geat Price!
Those were heady days, those days of Beatlemania. I saw HELP! in the theater with a friend and it was sure a lot of fun. When the singing started and the first dart was thrown at the screen within the screen, I thought an over-excited audience member had thrown a box of Milk Duds at it. Later I brought it home from the old timey video rental store and watched it with my children. They thought it was a hoot and all these years later still quote some of the lines from it. Since it is never on TV I thought I'd buy a DVD copy but they were always a little pricey. Finding a copy on e-Bay -- even a VHS copy -- was a real opportunity. I got the tape at a very reasonable price and it performed like new and I got to enjoy it all over again. Lots of fun at a bargain price!Those were heady days, those days of Beatlemania. Great Movie! Better Than Movies Made Today!
I love The Beatles, and they did an excellent job in this movie. Their acting abilities and singing our uniquely their own ,and are born naturals at it. This movie is very unique and it shows that a movie can be made that is entertaining that does not require a whole lot of violence or sexual undertones to keep anyone interested. I bought it to add to my collection because I am writing a book and needed to view the movie to gain insight to the information that would be helpful in my writing.
