Before ordering I asked the seller and they confirmed the item was 6 boxes of tea. A few days later, I receive a shipment from Amazon with 1 box of tea, not 6, and no explanation from the seller. I reached out and let them know, and they responded that they had run out of the pack of 6, so they sent 1. They offered me partial refund, but I would never have purchased just 1 box -- I can buy it cheaper at my grocery. Why didn't they contact me? I would have canceled. misleading and unprofessional

Yes my fault completely. I did not now until customer reached out, then did everything I could to make it right. I did run out had to order from AZ, and the listing there was WRONG. So I very professionally offered to make it right. I understand the customer would be a bit peeved - so was I. Too bad we could not reach an understanding.

Good seller. Item was shipped quickly, and was packaged to survive the rigors of shipping. Pricing was reasonable, also. I haven't actually tried these tablets yet, but they appear to be good quality [they didn't arrive demolished in the bottle, which has occasionally happened with other items (not this seller)]. I would not hesitate to buy from this seller again.
