Shipment was very fast, and the communication was excellent. I got an email that it had shipped with tracking. Then the driver called me about 20 minutes away, so I knew when he would arrive. He was very professional, and even took the time to roll it inside the garage. The oven was packaged extremely well. It has not been installed yet, but I confident it will great. We received this oven a month ago, yet need to arrange an electrician to remove the predecessor oven and to install this new one from Miele.
The Miele oven arrived within a couple of days, which was timely and welcome. We are very much looking forward to being able to use it. Thank you.
