The Seller was excellent start to finish. There was a delivery delay due to USPS - not Seller's fault - and item was in limbo for a week. The Seller was willing to refund, but instead, we emailed back and forth and I decided it was better to wait a little longer. The package showed up, glasses were well wrapped/undamaged. The Seller was responsive at every step of the way - and polite and friendly, too. I've rated shipping time as 5 stars because the problems were not in his control.
