This is perfect for my Dell 5000 series.

direct replacement for broke mouse! only negative was after discovering item shipped from China and would take up to a month, I could not cancel order (tried to cancel 20 mins after ordering). maybe the china plant was closed???

Fell WM works where others would not.
I discovered this mouse works with a Lorex security system. Previously purchased a Logitech WM that didn't work. Lorex tech support said no WM would work with their system, so they were surprised to hear the Dell WM worked at all. A WM was needed as the main security system box is located on the opposite side of the wall from the viewing monitor, so there was no way to use a wired mouse.
