seller reached out and stated my item had to be disassembled to fit in a smaller box. i was fine with that, i asked if i could be refunded some of the shipping charges. no response. after the item arrived i sent a picture of the postage paid amount on the box to the seller, was $9 in postage and was still charged the full $33 in the transaction. i reached out several other times and got no response from the seller. very unprofessional to overcharge shipping, and pocket the difference.
