The ordered SCEPTRE 40" Smart LED TV was substituted for a SCEPTRE 43" Smart LED TV which I planned to use as a Computer monitor. That seemed to be okay but the TV itself had a couple of issues. (1) The TV will not turn on when the computer comes on. (2) The mouse cursor freezes up regularly and the only way to unfreeze it is to power cycle the TV. While these seem to be minor issues, they are quite annoying given the need to constantly attend to them over and over for a long period of time.

CONS: Ordered 2-5 shelf wire rack units. One shelf in each box is bent fairly severely. Hopefully they're still serviceable.

I can’t say enough good things about dealing with this seller. I had to try and change my shipping from free to expedited since I thought my next poker tournament was a different date than it really was. They were prompt as messaging me back and made it happen. Quality is very good for the price.
