    1966 KNOTT'S BERRY FARM AND GHOST TOWN ~ Steak House Restaurant Menu. Knotts menu came as advertised on ebay. Menu packed nicely to prevent damage. Nice photos of Knotts in the 50's and early 60's in the menu. Nice to remember how things were in the past. Interested to remember the prices of items on the menu from coffee to steak. Back in the day when a cup of coffee was a dime and you got free refills. Those days are gone unfortunately. Fast shipping. Good seller. Honest. No bait and switch.
