    Was first told the parcel would arrive by 5th Aug & that it was with DHL, DHL had no idea of the parcel, was then told it was with Parcelforce. They said it hadn't left Germany. Communication with the seller was poor. After contacting Ebay about the missing parcel, I was then given the same tracking details by the seller, but this time the parcel was shown as not even sent yet! Needless to say, the parcel didn't arrive and an refund was issued by Ebay!! Poor, very poor!
