The seller sent me out the matte foundation instead of the glow. Their offer was 10% back and I could keep the item that I have no use for. They never sent me my partial refund and they have not messaged me back after they sent me the offer. I only accepted because most sellers you lose out all the money you spent. The matte is useless to me. I would have kept repurchasing from this seller because I luv the foundation if they had made things right for their mistake to begin with.

Next time you offer an item for sale it's worth it for the message to be truthful and genuine in the description of the item. The box and the cellophane cover were opened and dirty respectively and the sale was a warehouse sale. How does it sound to you? Your price is a rip off after all. Wrong choice on my part.

I originally purchased this eye pencil because the picture shows it comes with the box & sharpener. & it was a pretty good price. When the item arrived there wasn’t a box or sharpener so I politely messaged the seller. They answered my second message w/a polite message back saying they would send me the sharpener & give me a credit which is very nice. I waited & they did keep their word on extending the credit back, (I appreciate very much),but unfortunately they never did send the sharpener.
