    This seller shipped me 2 plates. Poorly packaged 12” plates in a 14” box. One plate arrived broken in several pieces. I offered to accept a refund for only half since one plate arrived safely but seller demanded I ship both plates back. eBay stepped in and,given my 19 year history with them, refunded my entire purchase. A nice gesture on eBay’s part but the seller should have provided the refund. There was no apology or any concern on the sellers part. They just wanted both plates returned. ����
