This headset was slightly better than the other set I purchased, but the volume control fades in and out when you move you have to grab the control and move it around for the sound to adjust. Just like the others you can't see what you don't head. Seeing the headphones you would think they are good, but no.

I am giving the seller Positive feedback for responding to my concern quickly. However, my purchase was not packaged safely - the item (word processor) was shipped from CA to NY in a thin bubble mailer and then shoved into my mailbox (which was not the carriers fault). The poor packaging possibly caused the damage that I inquired about, or it also could have been an oversight on the product being tested. I would think twice about purchasing from this buyer.
