Great service and quick shipping but the handle clasp was very weak. The spring was actually broken and not visible. Unless you use a curling iron regularly one would not know this. Thankfully I had one from my old iron that I was able to replace it with. 😁 I didn't contact seller as all turned out well and offered at a good price.
