This is an exception - Sam has gone WAY ABOVE and BEYOND good service into that rare stratosphere of EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!!!!
The order has not yet shipped but I asked a lot of questions and Sam responded quickly and completely. I MADE A MISTAKE - Sam allowed me to cancel and reorder a lessor amount. Then since it was gift for my sisters, he split the order in half ad did not charge me additional shipping. THANK YOU!
