Item was well packaged, so damage did not occur in transit. This was a small dollar item...$15 plus shipping, so I asked seller for a refund without requiring me to spend a few hours of my time repackaging and returning it. He said that he could not trust a buyer to simply say that the item was broken, and required me to return it.
