    When I first saw that I was able to buy this set of board game brand new, I was super excited. The only concern at the time was about the condition when it arrived. Little did I expect that the game was packed in a very sturdy box. As a result, the set was in pristine condition. Although shipping was not through UPS ground, it was very reasonable to charge at this price for that. If I can give 6 stars for this purchase experience, I would. I highly recommend this seller.

    Disappointed, Do not recommend

    Disappointed with the product and customer support from the vendor Spark Innovations. Packaging statement "Lasts up to 8 hours on a single charge" is false. The "instructions" insert says 7 hours at the lowest heat setting. It's only 2.5 hours at the highest setting. In my experience actual times are much lower. The "instructions" insert lists battery capacity as 2000 mAh while the sticker on the product says 4000 mAh. Which is it? The 9" USB charging cable is useless. Used my own 30"+USB cable so that the warmer can be placed on a surface while charging. No reason for the "instructions" say "It is recommended to use only the USB cable that came with your mobile device".
