To return an item from outside of Italy you can only use International Registered Mail.

BE AWARE, though, that this is NOT the well-known GUlDl brand of boot (which I thought I was ordering), but instead is the name of the retailer/shop, which I found misleading. The boots seem to be well made, and return shipping is prohibitive, so I will keep them.
