    Although the item was purchased Sep 1. it did not arrived until Oct 15. The delay was was transit time not due to the vendor. The US carrier delayed transit wanting an additional $15 for import duties and taxes. It was paid but refunded a week later - no explanation. Confusion was no doubt created by an ancient, vile, contemptible, bloated orange thing. Upon crossing the border, a postal delivery strike was renewed causing a further delay. The item was as described and well packed.
