I requested a RMA as per listing request. Seller replied with defamatory remarks and called me “stupid.” Offered a partial refund “to recover his shipping costs.” I paid shipping. I had received notification of shipping prior to his refund offer. Assuming the merchandise was in the mail, I accepted his offer, a reduction of payment by $16.93, because he said I could keep the merchandise. Item was never shipped and he wants money for his shipping costs?!!! Buyer beware!

THE REAL STORY- he ordered a holster that was listed for a RUGER LCR. So I packaged it up and set it out for the mailman to pickup Then I received a email from buyer saying that he didn't have a RUGER LCR and since it was not going to fit his gun I removed the package from the mail pickup. About an hour later I received a notice from Ebay that he had filed a case (he had not receive the holster but lied to ebay saying it didn't fit.) $10.00 of the fees are Ebays. The rest is for shipping materal
