    Top 10 for the money.

    This is not the best radar detector on the market, but among the GPS detectors it is one of the best for the money that you can find on EBAY for less than $120. It will tell you if there is a red light detection and if its on or not, if there is a train or emergency vehicle, ambulance, fire truck, ect. I have one for myself and I got one for my son for Christmas. This will not tell you that there is a cop waiting for you over the next hill, so slow down and don't totally rely on this product to save you, it wont. It uses software updates from your computer, so update it on a regular basis. Be safe and alert while driving and this will save you a lot of MONEY. Good luck

    Best product for the money

    I bought the Cobra XRS 9550G to replace an older Cobra radar detector. The Cobra had many of the features of other more expensive radar detectors for a reasonable price, and since I never had an issue with the Cobra detector I owned I bought it. The "Speed Trap" and "Camera" feature were easy to set up and you simply update them periodically. To date I have no complaints about the Cobra XRS 9550G. The unit picks up radar and laser from a good distance away and I have had no surprises so far. I actually liked it so much I bought a second one for our other vehicle.

    Pretty good detector

    This detector has it all. A bit confusing so save the manual to set up , but once done it works great. I really like the speedometer car speed text readout while traveling along. A lot easier to see your speed . Have not yet had any alerts fron red lights etc , but downloading the information was a snap.Seems like a nice product for the $.

    Would be nice if it was wireless!

    This detector is so much advanced from the older ones, it detects red light cameras and emergency vehicles, just drove to South Carolina and back from Texas and never had a problem. Let me know well in advance of any problem areas and speed traps!
