Jacket came in good time and condition, however the jacket was faulty. The zipper busted straight away and messaged the seller for an exchange and refund and the seller refused to give a full refund and exchange.
I have contacted the seller multiple times since then and they haven’t responded to the exchange or refund that they promise on their page. Still waiting for a response.
