I messaged the seller immediately after submitting bid, concerned about my address. He never responded, so I did not know IF I would receive the item. It did arrive in good shape, however the sender charged me $40+ and sent the item as a flat rate envelope (it wasn't ) at the rate of $9+. Not a positive vibe.

I think you must have this item confused with something else you may have purchased from another seller. The item you purchased from me was sent in a box not in an "Flat Rate envelope". Remember this was a complete set of
