You'll definitely want to replace the CPU cooler if you're not going to put this in a 1u (or 2u with a wind tunnel) with something more robust. Idle power draw was around 70 watts, with 6x sata ssd's and 3x 80mm pwm fans attached. IPMI and BIOS were already pre-updated to the latest versions as well. I just powered on and went.
