Excellent for indoor training
Sturdy, adjustable, and great value for money. I bought this trainer to prepare for a double-century ride, when I needed to put in a lot of hours but wouldn't always have time to get outside while it was still light out. While it's not adjustable from a riding position, being able to adjust resistance using the back tensioning knob is easy enough, and I've gotten in some great rides when it's dark, too windy out, or I'm just feeling too lazy to haul my bike up and down my steep stairs for a quick ride. Good basic model trainer
First off, I'm not a big cyclist. So far, I've use this for 10-20 minutes at a time. It is a solid stand that holds the bike steady getting on and off. The replacement pin for the rear wheel allows you to take the bike off the stand quickly and easily to use for rides w/o exchanging the pin. The front wheel cup does an adequate job of keeping the tire aligned. I crank the magnetic tensioner all the way down and then adjust tension by shifting my bike. I occasionally get a skip of the tire when I push harder than the magnet can hold back, but that's only in the beginning before I get my pace/rhythm. I paid $30 for mine and it was well worth that. Very nice indoor bicycle stand
I am very pleased with my purchase of the Conquer Indoor Bicycle Trainer Excercise Stand. It was very easy to set up. Took me less than 15 minutes. I am now able to ride my bicycle inside during the hot AZ summers. For the price it was hard to pass up.

Despite being one of the cheapest options available- this is a very sturdy piece of equipment! A great choice if you are not sure how much you will use it. It provides a reasonable amount of resistance so that you can get an easy workout and get your heart rate up on days you can't go outside for a ride. Simple and quick to assemble.
