This light works great and has a lot of nice features. If you can't baffle them with bull----, dazzle them with diamonds. This light is a diamond. If you have to only time one vehicle it's still worth the money.

I was able to use it right out of the box, albeit I had observed a technician using one like it once before but never had my hands on one before purchasing it. Because I had never used a digital, multi-function timing light before, it took a little bit to understand the several modes available and how to set up the device for specific engines, i.e. the number of cylinders for the engine being diagnosed. However, instructions were pretty straightforward once I was familiar with the functionality and terminology used. It was easy to understand the connections and once adjusted for the specific engine being diagnosed, the readings appeared accurate and corresponded to readings I took with different instruments. The beauty of this multi-functionality is every reading is available in one ... I needed a timing light and got a very fancy unit that reads, degrees BTC, and RPM, Battery Voltage, etc. I like it. No it wasn't new but just as good and at a great price.

nice light, sure to be used !
Well i have only used it once and it worked great, i find the cords to tangle easily, the instructions were kind of vague, no mention anywhere of multi- spark compatibilty but it is, and no mention that i saw anywhere about the green wire!!!!!

With this you can check timing as well as rpm, dwell and battery level. Easy to use and durable feel is good. I only wish I've bought it earlier.
