Item was not as authentic. They denied this, but w/ hesitation accepted my return. I returned the item in same box & condition it was sent. Then I get some obscure pictures from them with no explanation. The seller has opened a case w Ebay saying need confirmation the bag isn’t authentic. I bought the same bag in pink from eBay that IS AUTHENTIC & it’s clear that this one was not! Seller doesn’t accept returns, so this is a way to not refund me & I already returned their fake bag! Bad seller!!

Hello, the bag is 100% authentic and was purchased from a major retailer. We have been selling bags on eBay for many years and this is the first time we were accused of selling a fake bag. Even though the bag is real, we still approved the return because we want our customers to be happy with their purchase. Once we get back the purse, we will issue a full refund. Thank you!
