    The ball came in perfect condition. It was well packaged. I had a tracking number that was easy to use. I did not have to contact the seller. The transaction was smooth from beginning to end. The bad part was I did not read the description close enough. I thought I was getting the complete trackball...NOT just the ball. I did not need the ball only. I did not want to go thru the hassle of returning it. Next time I will read the ad much more carefully. It took a very long time to ship to me.
