The other 4 computers are solid and performing nominally. Great value for this hardware and price but be mindful, the computers were built in 2019. The seller was super responsive and had great customer service, return shipping cost me $40 out of pocket but the refund went thru on the same day the defective items were received.

I had a very positive experience with this seller that I purchased another refurbished workstation from them. I just wish they ship it faster. They create a UPS label the next day, but it takes about 2 days for UPS to pick up the package. Right now, I'm waiting for my 2nd order which I placed 3 days ago to be "actually" shipped to me. 1st purchase looks great in excellent condition and working pretty good at the moment. Will write an update in a few weeks.
