Try it you'll like it.
I have bought no less than 10 of these mics and I love them! I had only 1 that gave me a little problem but was an easy fix. I use them on all my radios, CB and Ham. Don't hesitate to get one, you will love it too. Everyone tells me on the air how good and solid I sound. I go inside and adjust the mic gain and echo to suit my needs also. Good Luck......"Porky"

Super squeal but decent echo
I had to adjust the gain down a lot and I still get a squeal. Truck drivers don't want to hear that. The echo and control works good though. Doesn't squeal as bad if you hold the wire in your hand. I will use this in my radio shack. Not a very good mobile unit.

I used one of these for a good while and it sounded good
I used one of these for good while and it sounded good my friend said and he was a bonafide CB nut. He had a similar one with nobs on the back. It will boost your voice and echo as little as you want or more if your like that. I just barley moved the slide over a little bit and it has a adjustment inside in the back too. Works good I would get one if I was you, you know you want it.

Great mic's for the money. I have an older model of the same mic. This Small corded new model has issues. Older 1 working perfect. New model has feedback or other squealing issue

Good for the price
It's a cheap echo microphone I have had very bad luck with other products from this manufacturer but at least this one works as of now I have it hooked up to a cobra 29 ex st with a 75w amplifier and am getting some good reports back
