Package did not arrive on time. Ordered on 12/9, did not arrive until 12/23. There was inadequate postage (40 cents) on the envelope which delayed arrival until I paid the additional postage. I paid $1.35 for shi[pping but the seller only put one 66 cent stamp on the envelope. No issues with the procuct itself.

The item purchased is much smaller than described and expected. The wait from order on September 2 until received October 14 is the worst seller performance ever. This clasp is minuscule and useless to me. Await is only surpassed by loss of use and deception felt as my repair is still unresolved. Not trustworthy !
