    Fresh and good.

    I needed that chopped fruit rind that you put into fruitcakes, but all of it was out of stores by January end. Ebay to the rescue and the quality and service of the supplier is good. I made bread with it and will make hot cross buns for Easter. Thank you.

    Delicious fruit mix

    My husband loves fruit cake. I use an apple cake recipe I have and substitute this mix for the apples. It makes a wonderful cake that everyone loves, even the children. No more old-fashioned fruit cake. This is a modern version that is moist and delicious.
