Exceptional customer service. I made a mistake when ordering and emailed right as soon as I realized what I’d done. This was on the Saturday night before Easter. I didn’t expect a reply until Monday but I got a reply within 5 minutes of sending the email assuring me that the order would be changed to include the item I wanted not the duplication of one of the other items. There was a difference in price and I was not charged the extra. The order was shipped Monday and arrived Thursday.
