    Fresh new book from Ina

    I wasn't sure if this was going to be a rehash of former recipes. Not at all. Lots of new ideas and great recipes. I like to entertain, but hate being in the kitchen when everyone is there. The recipes are easy and bulletproof. Many of Ina's dishes are very expensive to make, but the slow cooked Pork Roast is easy and you can feed people a satisfying entrée for under $1.00 per person. I have several more on the list to try this week.

    Make-ahead meals that are easy and delicious!

    I have made several of the recipes already and they are all excellent! The best thing is that I can make ahead and enjoy my guests and not be nervous in the kitchen while entertaining. Directions are exact and easy to follow. I have received many compliments on everything I served.
