Purchased a factory refurbished unit for my garage, as all of my tools were rusting due to the dampness. My garage is 625 sf, and gets VERY damp. Fired this unit up one weekend when it rained both days. Got humidity down from 95% to 77% in a couple of hours, and down to 65% once it stopped raining. Although unit was refurbished, it looks and performs like brand new. Was even packaged like new, and included all original documentation. Would have given it 5 stars if reservoir went in and out a bit easier, but that's not a big deal. I'm going to run a hose from the hose adapter at some point anyhow. Very efficient dehumidifier
I bought it for the quiet description. Well, i wouldn't say it's quiet, it has a powerful fan, but there's no vibrations like in other dehumifiers i've had.I like the fact that when you pull out the water catcher, there's a handle on top & the one you use to pull out so you can get a good grip on it. In one night it sucked out half of the container in about 5-6 hrs. That's pretty impressive. All in all, i would recommend this product.I bought it for the quiet description. Good design and features.
it appears to be well designed and built.Time will tell.It seems to do a good job of drying the air.The controls are simple,without a lot of expensive electronics.The size and ease of portability are great,with the retractable handle on top and on the water bucket.The casters make moving it easy.

Quality and works like a charm but a little loud
5-star quality and effective in the purpose it serves. Really works like a charm and has made a huge difference in our home. Well made and easy to empty. Only down side is it's loud. We like it running all the time so have to turn it off when in the same location. I would buy again regardless!

Good product for small rooms but a little noisy!
Good dehumidifier for smaller areas but a little noisy. I use it for my bathroom here in Florida as I don't have A/C or an exhaust in this room. Takes the water out of the air very quickly and I run it while I'm in the shower and for 10 minutes afterward. It does give off some heat and it does not have Automatic controls as does the bigger Frigidaire units, yet Frigidaire is the BEST brand for Dehumidifiers.Good dehumidifier for smaller areas but a little noisy.
