Laptop arrived damaged. I didn’t think much of it due to it being refurbished and thought maybe just the housing was the issue. 1 month in now… regularly boots into recovery mode, sleep mode doesn’t work, and has multiple burned out pixels. Incredibly disappointed, especially since I dropped near a grand on this. See attached pics for both. Pixels are a little harder to make out, more noticeable when you’re right in front of it.

Up-side: Laptop arrived in good packaging, works well, and looks far better than described. Down-side: Seller needs to improve logistics: I was not happy that the laptop arrived a week after it was purchased (carrier slow-walked the 4-lb package for a week!). I gifted the laptop to my family member, 1/2 way across the US, using USPS 2-day priority mail with $500 insc. for just $25. Note to Seller: Improve your rating by improving your logistics.
